PRIVACY POLICY

This document defines the Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) for LLC “CLINIC 311,” directed by Rostyslav Lyubomyr Valikhnovskyi (hereinafter referred to as the “LLC”), which is registered and operates in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, with its location at: 16 Vasyl Lypkivskyi Street,EDRPOU Code 32373211.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure and grounds for the processing of personal data that the LLC receives from the customer(s) (hereinafter - the "Customer" and/or "Customers"), recipients of online training services (hereinafter - the "services"), allowing the Customers receive LLC services.

1.2. The basis for the processing of personal data collected by the LLC is the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data. The LLC processes the personal data of the Customers exclusively within the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".

1.3. LLC does not collect or process personal data about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties, trade unions and similar information.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

2.1. The owner of the database of personal data of Customers who voluntarily agreed to receive services is the LLC.

2.2. By receiving LLC services, the Customer gives voluntary and unequivocal consent to LLC processing his personal data.

2.3. The scope of the Customer's personal data includes and/or may include the following information:

3. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND RECEIVED BY LLC

3.1. If the Customer wishes to receive the service, the LLC may request the information listed in clause 2.3 of this Policy.

3.2. At the request of the Customers, the LLC, if necessary, may collect personal information necessary to provide services and receive feedback. The LLC can contact the Customer using the existing contact information.

3.3. The LLC may collect and store information obtained as a result of surveys that may be conducted by the LLC or by third-party contractors engaged by the LLC.

4. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

4.1. For the purpose of providing services, the LLC may use the information that the LLC collects to:
